Floor Plans 

The Regency has one- and two-bedroom units with various configurations, shown below. All units are entered from an enclosed hallway, and each unit has sliding glass doors leading to a patio (which serves as a second exit in case of emergency). The floor plan of the building is shown below, followed by plans for each different type of unit.
